  • - Meet in Bankside Balcony @ 4:00 PM (15 minutes before attendees)
    - Pick up the lollipop sign with your House Name (A) or (B)
    - Check the Program Agenda event for photo ops (up to 4 with reward points attached).
    Please be aware of the social media policy that has been put in place.
    - Follow the map to London Eye
    - Upload photos via the app
    - Meet event staff at London Eye and wait while your group takes the 30 minute journey
    - After your group is finished, walk them to Brasserie Blanc
    - Enjoy dinner
    - Return to hotel on own

  • - Meet in Bankside Balcony @ 6:00 PM (15 minutes before attendees)
    - Pick up the lollipop sign with your House Name (A) or (B)
    - Follow the map to Apothecaries Hall (we will all be walking together but it is your responsibility to take care of your group).
    Please be aware of the social media policy that has been put in place.
    - Everyone has a seat assignment. Make sure you know how to help your doctors find theirs.
    - Enjoy dinner
    - Return to hotel on own

  • - Meet in Bankside Balcony @ 6:00 PM (15 minutes before attendees)
    - Pick up your lollipop with your House Name (A) or (B)
    - Follow the map to Sticky Mango restaurant (we will all be walking together but it is your responsibility to take care of your group)
    - You have one hour to get to the restaurant. Be mindful of the time, understanding that people will want to stop and look at some of the sights.
